Reflecting on Our Past Projects

For almost 5 years, we've been living, working, and playing in the communities surrounding the Penobscot River. During that time, we've participated in a lot of projects aimed at helping improve the health of the river and the communities along it.

With the start of a new year, we're reflecting back on some of the projects we've tackled over the years:

• Sponsoring a local 5k

• Talking with the community and sponsoring Orland's annual River Day

• Paddling with the Penobscot River Keepers - once with the students from Baxter High School and once with Reeds Brook Middle School.

• Taking an inventory of tree species in Brewer

• Clean-up projects at Fork Knox's Park Day
